Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Restoring Lives One Smile at a time

How do patients get access to the Den-Tech service?

This can only be achieved by them being referred by or a patient/service user of another recognised charity.

How would a dentist refer a patient?

At present, there is no official system in place where a dentist who is not working as part of a dental or other charity can refer a patient direct to Den-Tech, although if they contacted us directly we would consider it.

What are the best ways to sponsor the charity?

You can donate in many different ways to Den-Tech, it can be by making a one off or regular donation to us via PayPal donate, you could sign up to one of the rewards platforms such as Amazon Smile or Easy fundraising and nominate Den-Tech as your chosen charity. You could donate your time, skills and resources by becoming a volunteer lab or clinic to help us in our work or you can, of course, run a fundraising event for us.

What sort of cases would you accept in the process?

These are taken on a case by case basis and the resources we have available at any given time.

What areas of the country do you currently cover?

Predominately the south of the country so far but that is soon to change.

How would a dental laboratory get involved?

Currently the easiest way is to either fill in the volunteer with us form on the Den-Tech website or email through to enquiries@den-tech.org to register your interest

What do I do if I can’t afford dental treatment?

Den-Tech cannot be a first port of call for those who cannot afford dental treatment, they must be referred by another charity we are currently working with and that is trained and approved to refer to us
