Andrea is the Chair, CEO and co-founder of dental charity Den-Tech, an orthodontic and maxillofacial laboratory manager/highly specialised dental technician, quality improvement coach, healthcare careers ambassador and clinical research intern at Doncaster & Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust. She is an advisory board member, careers pathway reference group member and fellow of the College of General Dentistry. A Healthcare Leadership Academy (HLA) Cohort Director & co-lead of the HLA Dental network and HLA mentor. She has a PgCert in charity management and 1^st class BSc hons in Dental Technology. She is regularly called upon to sit on advisory committees and working groups with bodies such as the General Dental Council, Health Education East Midlands and many more.

Previous roles include Chair of the Orthodontic Technicians Association (OTA), council member of the Dental Technologists Association (DTA), associate lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU), visiting lecturer at the University of Chester, sessional teacher at Nottingham College, a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) ambassador and Chair of the Women in Healthcare Leadership Summit 2022.

Outside of her work and professional activities Andrea enjoys running, going to the gym, walking her dogs and adventure travel.

Delroy Reeves is the owner of a dental laboratory which specialises in ceramics, crown and bridge and dental implants.

His qualifications include C&G of London Institute, Dental Technician’s Final Cert.

C&G the dental technician’s advanced certificate in crown and bridge technology, Lambeth College.

BTEC Dip bridge construction and precision attachment appliances.

RHEIN83 Attachment for traditional prostheses and Implant “Bologna Italy”.

He is also certified in the Ankylos Implant Systems.

In addition to his role as a Den-Tech trustee, Delroy also serves on the Dental Technologists Association (DTA) council as their Vice President and is a very keen Jogger and absolutely loves his cricket!

Mr Sami Stagnell is a GDC registered Specialist Oral Surgeon, he graduated from Kings College London Dental Institute in 2009 and has since worked in practices across the South of England.

Following specialty training he was awarded one of the first UK posts as a Fellow in Clinical Leadership and Management with Health Education England, working with supporting national healthcare projects

In 2015 he was awarded a merit in his MSc in Aesthetic Dentistry with Kings College London and in 2018 he completed an MSc with the University of Manchester in Skin Ageing and Aesthetic Medicine. He is an active member of many societies and represents the profession as the vice-chair of the Young Dentists Committee with the British Dental Association.

He has gained his Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and holds membership of the Faculty of General Dentistry with the RCS England and has recently become an elected board member for the Oxford & Wessex division of the FDGP.

In 2018 Sami was selected by the ITI to complete an international scholarship at a leading EU Implant Centre.  He has spent the past year at the Medical University Graz in Austria where he has further developed his expertise in Oral Surgery and Implant Dentistry as well as being actively involved in research and teaching.

Having worked other charity projects throughout his career, the match with Den-Tech was a natural fit and Sami hopes to support and develop the clinical aspects that typically run parallel to the brilliant work that the DenTech team provides.

Christina Worle is a General Dental Practitioner with a passion for Inclusion Oral Health and Trauma Informed Dentistry. She is currently the dentist for a women’s prison in the South-West as well as a clinical lecturer in Restorative Dentistry at Bristol Dental School. Prior to this she worked at Peninsula Dental Social Enterprise (PDSE), where she ran the PDSE Community Dental Clinic to provide dentistry for those suffering from homelessness, drug and alcohol issues, and other social exclusions. During this time, she obtained an MSc in Restorative Dentistry and undertook a Clinical Leaders Fellowship with NHS England/The Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. Christina began collaborating with Den-Tech in 2020 to provide labwork for her vulnerable patients in Plymouth and she has also climbed Mount Toubkal last year to fundraise for the charity. She is excited to work with the Den-Tech team and utilise her clinical experience of working with disadvantaged groups of people to make a difference to those most in need in our society.

Eleanor Pittard has a BSc in Management with Entrepreneurship and MSc in Digital Marketing, she has successfully led specialist and private practices through numerous CQC inspections; corporate takeovers; built a squat practice and won numerous awards at multiple award ceremonies both as herself and for her practices.

She now co-directs and owns The Hive Dental Clinic and Laboratory, is a co-founder of Nightshift and writes regularly for Dentistry online and The Laboratory Magazine.

Emily Pittard is a fully qualified Clinical Dental Technician (Denturist), Dental Technician and Dental Nurse.

She is the co-director and owner of The Hive Dental Clinic and Laboratory and co-founder of Nightshift.

Emily has a solid understanding of implants and has restored over 400 implant retained locator patients. Qualifying from the  Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh) as a Clinical Dental Technician, Emily is now a member of the British Academy of Clinical Dental Technicians (BACDT) and the College of General Dentistry (CDT and DT faculty) and is part of a working group who are building and developing the role of the CDT and Dental Technician (DT) in the UK, shortly to become the Faculties inaugural Board.

Emily is also an Education Associate for the GDC which means she assesses dental education facilities across the country and is always up-to-date with the latest legal and clinical updates.

I am immensely proud and honoured to be Patron of DenTech, a unique and wonderful charity. I whole heartedly support the tremendous work of DenTech helping homeless people in the UK regain their dignity with well made dentures. In addition, this fantastic service is provided abroad too. I encourage all dentists and technicians to consider giving their time or donating to this much needed cause. 

I am based in Garstang (North West England) limiting my clinical work to removable prosthodontics. Together with my highly skilled dental technicians (Rowan Garstang and Sam Hesketh), working in the room next door, we provide patients with superbly functioning and life-like dentures – often profoundly improving their quality of life.

I love teaching dental professionals how to provide state of the art dentures, aiming to ignite enthusiasm for removable prosthodontics.

I qualified in 1993 and spent 6 years in general practice, during this time I found prosthodontics difficult and unpredictable. This led me to leave general dental practice and gain a further 7 years formal training in prosthodontics and restorative dentistry at Manchester and Liverpool dental hospitals prior to establishing my specialist referral practice in 2007.

I concentrate my professional life within three areas of removable prosthodontics, namely; 1. clinical provision for patients, 2. training/lecturing/mentorship for dental professionals, 3. research and development.

Senior prosthetic technician, GDC registered since 2010 with 15 years of dentistry experience in dental technology having experience in private dentistry for 9 years currently working at Dencraft Dental Laboratory in Leicester. Deepa is passionate about creating beautiful smiles through crafting aesthetics dentures, she has experience in implant retain dentures, acrylic hybrids and private dentures and dipping her toes into Digital Dentures!

She has been a speaker at the dentistry shows, on the editorial board for the dental technician magazine, member of Den-tech charity, Co-Founder of Nightshift and have had the opportunity to write for various dental publications!

Olly is currently studying Dentistry at Queen Mary University of London (Bart’s). He graduated from Imperial College London Business School with a 1st Class Honours degree in Management with Medical Sciences. He was awarded the prize for his dissertation project surrounding Public Health and People Experiencing Homelessness.

Although early on in his career, Olly aspires to have a wider public impact by collaborating and working alongside those at Den-Tech. His interests in inclusion health and patient management system drives him to improve the accessibility of healthcare services to those that need it most.
